Here’s how you make them:

Row 14: purl

Row 11: knit 2 together 3 times

Finishing: Weave in all ends. Sew side seams on shirt about 1 ¼ inches up from the bottom. Sew side seams on pants about 1 inch from the top. Sew the bottom of the pants closed, leaving a 1 to 1 ½ inch opening for the tail. Sew the legs on, matching the pointed end to the edge of the bottom seam. Sew the sleeves on the top like so:

If the waistband is sloppy, you might want to add a drawstring tie to tighten it up. Thin elastic (the kind used in making bracelets) also works if you weave it in around the very top of the waistband and tie it securely.

Sorry for the late post, but this pattern took me forever to design. Plans are already in the works for a parka and hat, so stay tuned.
